What are the advantages of a Stella 3221 gas BBQ?
The star product of Barbecook is without doubt the Stella gas BBQ: a beautiful appliance with a matt black finish and silver-coloured details, extremely user-friendly and of the highest quality. This gas barbecue lights up in 1-2-3 and guarantees an exceptionally good grilling result. The appliance has enamelled cast-iron grids and the central, warmest space - the Dynamic Core Grill – is designed in such way that the grid can be removed and replaced by handy tools such as a pizza plate or cooking plate. In short, with the Stella gas BBQ you can go all the way! Thanks to the enamelled, double-walled lid and the built-in thermometer, you retain maximum control over your preparations. Not all ingredients have the same cooking time, so some dishes will be ready sooner than others. No problem, keep the ingredients that are already done, warm on the specially provided warming rack inside your gas barbecue. Grilling will also release a lot of fat. This fat is collected in the integrated drip tray of the appliance. After your BBQ session, simply put the drip tray in your dishwasher. It is also nice to know that all Stella gas BBQ models can be combined with Barbecook's rotisserie set.
How does a Stella 3221 gas BBQ work?
Lighting a Stella 3221 gas BBQ is very simple. It goes as follows: you first open the lid of your gas barbecue, then you turn on the tap of your gas bottle. Now you give the gas a moment to circulate inside your gas barbecue. Then turn the control knobs to the highest position. These are connected to the different burners of your Stella 3221 gas BBQ. When you see a flame, close the lid and let it heat up for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that, your grill session can begin! When working with a gas barbecue it is recommended to use propane gas. Don't forget to buy a matching gas regulator. This ensures that the pressure on the gas bottle is reduced. The pressure in a gas bottle is often much higher than what a barbecue needs. Be sure to check the date on the gas hose regularly. Regular gas hoses have a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.

With the Stella 3221 gas BBQ you can serve up to 14 people. This model has three burners and three grids, one with the dimensions 35 cm x 43 cm and two with the dimensions 17 cm x 43 cm. Furthermore, this gas barbecue has one extra long, foldable side table which has three handy accessory hooks. The Stella 3221 gas BBQ also has one side burner, ideal for preparing sauces or side dishes. This model can easily be moved thanks to the four wheels at the bottom of the appliance. Furthermore, the Stella 3221 gas BBQ has two drawers with storage space and a separate gas bottle cupboard.
